Permissions

Skipper runs only on YouTube pages.

The extension uses the permissions needed to show a popup, control its ON/OFF state on the active YouTube tab, and run its playback helper on YouTube pages.

Skipper is provided as a pet project without warranties. It is not affiliated with YouTube and does not guarantee that YouTube will not show warnings, limit access, or apply other account-related measures.
